My integrative therapeutic
approach to Psychotherapy
I draw from Focusing-oriented therapy, somatic experiencing, and trauma-informed and relational attachment theory to provide an integrative approach. I'm especially attuned to how trauma lives in the body and how to bring the nervous system back to equilibrium - creating inner-harmony.
